A doctor has said the rise is “significant” and the impact of the pandemic is largely to blame as over 51,000 Brits have tragically died at home since March 2020. Speaking to GB News, Dr Charles Levinson warned of the major repercussions that delayed, cancelled and the lack of face-to-face doctors appointments are having as a result of Covid. He warned the massive 33.4 percent increase of deaths at home is too stark to be a “statistical aberration” adding how a lethal combination of a “lack of medical attention” and the “scare tactics” of social scientists throughout the pandemic has led to such tragic deaths occurring.

The doctor said: “It is significant.

“There have been enough excess deaths in the home that it isn’t just a statistical aberration

“There have been 51,000 up until the beginning of July and over 700 last week.”

He added: “There are quite a lot of factors at play… they are not caused by the virus but I think they have to be caused clearly by the pandemic in one way or another because that is what is new.

“People are not getting medical attention they need cnd it is partly because the medical attention is hard to get at the moment

“But it is also because people have been scared by the scare campaigns from social scientists… who have tried to get people to socially distance.

“They are fightened to go to hospital or go to their doctor.”
