Fears grow for missing woman, 23, who vanished from home on Friday

A family are ‘increasingly concerned’ about the welfare of a young woman who disappeared on Friday.

Charlotte Morgan, 23, has not been seen since she vanished in the late afternoon on December 4.

She was believed to have been in the town of Sydney, Gloucestershire, when she went missing.

Charlotte was last seen possibly wearing a black aviator jacket and polo jumper, her family said.

Gloucestershire Police have also appealed for information from the public following Charlotte's disappearance.

According to charity Suicide Prevention Bristol, the young woman also has links to Bristol and Chepstow.

A charity spokesman shared the concern Charlotte’s family on social media, Mail Online reported.

The statement said: "Family are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of missing Charlotte Morgan, aged 23.

"Charlotte was last seen late afternoon on Friday, possibly wearing a black aviator jacket, possible black polo jumper, black tights, black ankle boots and a brown hobbo big bag.

“Charlotte has links to the Forest of Dean, Chepstow and Bristol.”

Police have also pleaded for information as they investigate the disappearance.

A spokesman for Gloucestershire Police said in a statement: “We are growing concerned for the welfare of 23 year old Charlotte Morgan.

“She is believed to be in the Lydney area and has not been seen since Friday 04/12/2020.

“Anyone who sees Charlotte or knows where she is can call 101 reference incident number 70 from 05/12/2020.”
