Chelsea Lea Stokes is muscling in on Miss England thanks to her bodybuilder grandad.
Bill Tierney once came third at the global Mr Universe competition.
And stunning Chelsea says his feat has inspired her to challenge for a national beauty queen title. She started pumping iron after a cruel lad branded her fat after she had left school.
The hard work soon paid off and she went from a size 16 to a svelte size six.
Personal trainer Chelsea has now been crowned Miss Liverpool and hopes to take the Miss England title in April.
She said: “After I left high school I gained a lot of weight.
“I remember a boy calling me fat. Since that day I never looked back.
“I want to help women and make sure they never feel how I felt that day.
“Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, and Miss England’s previous winners and finalists show this.”
