The OnlyFans model accused of murdering her boyfriend is now involved in more legal difficulty as the father of the victim tries to sue her.

Courtney Clenney, aged 26, is currently being accused of second degree murder after the stabbing of her then boyfriend Christian Tobechukwu “Toby” Obumseli, aged 27.

Clenney was left drenched in her partners blood after the incident, captured on police body cam footage.

The OnlyFans model lived with her cryptocurrency trader boyfriend in a posh high-rise apartment in Miami and were said to share a toxic relationship.

The stabbing in August of last year led to the death of Toby, but Clenney’s lawyers claim the incident was self defence.

Footage released after the death shows Clenney visibly distressed after the news of her late boyfriend’s death. Clenney also clutched her chest after hearing Christian had not survived the stabbing, crying: “Oh, my God. This is not real right. Okay. Christian died?”

Despite Clenney appearing regretful in the clip, an extensive amount of evidence has built up against the racy content producer, including revelations about the toxicity of her relationship with her boyfriend.

A CCTV clip emerged by the Florida State Attorney’s Office showing her attacking Toby in a lift just months before his death. Another video from the victim’s phone shows Clenney shouting racist slurs at him.

While Clenney and her team claim self defence, Toby’s father is looking to sue the millionaire content creator for negligence.

His father, Chio Obumseli, also named the owners of the high-rise building where the stabbing occurred, two property management companies, and the building’s security company as defendants.

“At all material times, Courtney Clenney owed a duty to decedent Christian Obumseli to maintain the subject premises in a safe and danger-free manner,” the lawsuit states.

“Courtney Clenney breached her duty to exercise reasonable care for the safety and protection of Christian Obumseli, deceased, and acted in a careless and negligent manner.”

“Courtney Clenney created and/or allowed to be created said dangerous conditions. Further, Courtney Clenney failed to warn subject building’s residents, invitees, and the public, including Christian Obumseli, deceased, of the existence of said dangerous conditions,” the lawsuit continues. “The negligence of Courtney Clenney proximately caused injury to Christian Obumseli, deceased, and directly led to his criminal attack.”

The lawsuit continues: “Criminals could carry out physical assaults within subject building without fear of being caught, discovered, or prosecuted.

“An atmosphere was created at subject building that facilitated the commission of crimes against persons.”

Toby’s father is suing on behalf of his son and is hoping to gain damages over $50,000. This includes pain, suffering, medical care and funeral arrangements.
