Royal Family in despair over Harry and Meghan book update, claims commentator

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s “moaning and whinging” will lead the Royal Family to “despair” said a royal expert after reports that their biography is to be updated.

Behind the scenes anecdotes of the couple’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey are set to be part of the updated book Finding Freedom written by Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand.

It will also go into detail about the Sussexes move to California and leaving behind their royal lives in the UK.

Publisher HarperCollins stated it will have: “Behind the scenes of Harry and Meghan’s groundbreaking interview with Oprah … details behind the couple’s move to California.”

But the update has been blasted for more “moaning” by a couple supposedly seeking privacy, said royal expert Charles Rae.

He told Entertainment Daily: “I think the Royal Family will be in despair at this latest chapter in the book.

“This constant moaning and whinging about the Royal Family must be upsetting for the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William.”

HarperCollins also said that the book included: “The continuous challenges the couple face regarding privacy and the British press … the heartbreak the couple felt over Prince Philip’s death.”

Charles pointed out: “Harry and Meghan left the UK because they wanted privacy … but they seem to be constantly intent on breaching their own privacy and that of the Royal Family.”

Charles even said their heartbreak over the death of Prince Philip was “a bit rich” as he caused a lot of pain for him and the other royals.

Omid, who co-wrote the book which came out last August, said that the Sussexes were not interviewed for the update and had not authorised it.

The updated book will be released on August 31, to coincide with the anniversary of Princess Diana’s death.
